Wilbur Leroy Province was born in a sod house in Freedom, Oklahoma, on October 18, 1937. He passed away in Houston, Texas, with his family by his side, on July 29, 2021.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margarite Province, and two of his eight children, Tony Province and Michael Dobbs.

He is survived by his other children, Stormi Ehler, Rick Province, Monty Province, Sunni Province, Monica Dennison, and Stephan Dobbs.
