A downtown St. Louis party broke up after the 14-year-old host wounded himself and another person.

St. Louis police said a shooting was reported at the Bogan Lofts apartments downtown around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Officers encountered several juveniles running rom the location as they arrived, and one of those teens flagged down officers with a gunshot wound to his hand.
