If you’re old enough to hold a pencil, a paint brush, or bake a batch of cookies or candies, you’re old enough to participate in the Woods County Free Fair on Sept. 9-11 at the Woods County Fairgrounds.

Fair exhibit classes are open in Cultural Arts for children in kindergarten through second grade, with several kinds of handicraft classes available such as plastic, wood, painted t-shirts, and Legos for pre-schoolers and kindergarteners, both displayed in a shallow box.
