The Woods County Tax Roll Board held a special meeting Tuesday to make two corrections to assessed values for the 2020 Tax Roll. Present for the meeting were Woods County Commissioner Chairman Randy McMurphy, Assessor Renetta Benson and Excise Board Chairman Joe Shirley.

After approval of the minutes from the May 24 special meeting, Benson said the state settled with DCP Southern Hills Pipeline, LLC. The public service company was originally assessed at $1,432,077 but that was lowered by $181,851 to a new assessed value of $1,250,226.
