Rangers fall in soccer season opener to Midwestern State

Alva, Oklahoma – The Rangers hosted their first game of the season today with a home match at Rangers Soccer field against the Mustangs of Midwestern State University. The Rangers would fall 3-0 in their opener after the Mustangs would take advantage of two first-half goals.

The Rangers drop to 0-1 on the season, with Midwestern State moving to 1-0 on the year.

Reagan Allen, the Rangers goalkeeper, would save five shots in the game for the Rangers. The Red-and-Black would finish the game with ten shots on the day, including five on goal compared to 21 shots with nine being on goal for the Must...
