TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — An offshoot of the Republican Attorneys General Association that sent a robocall urging "patriots" to support then-President Donald Trump at the Jan. 6 rally that preceded the storming of the U.S. Capitol held a special "war games" meeting weeks before the election to discuss its strategies if Trump lost.
