Fugitive charged with killing boyfriend arrested in Missouri

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Authorities have arrested a woman who is charged with fatally shooting her boyfriend one week after she was accused of disabling her electronic monitoring device and fleeing.
The Kansas City Star reports that Jackson County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that Katie Black, of Independence, had been apprehended in a rural part of the county.
