Rick Cunningham, Randy McMurphy and Melissa Fisher were enough to make a quorum Tuesday morning for their quarterly Woods County Industrial Development Authority (WCIDA) meeting. Members Stan Kline and Connor Martin were unable to attend, but Woods County Economic Development Committee Director Neal Williams was present.

After approving June's meeting minutes, the group looked at the financial report. There were a couple of outstanding bills to pay: one transfer of $1,000 and one pledge for $7,500. The balance sheet showed $127,401.57 for the checking/saving account.
