All members were present for the Woods County Excise Board meeting Wednesday morning in Alva. Chairman Joe Shirley led the meeting with members Chris Olson and Bob Seivert present. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also at the meeting.

After approving the special meeting minutes of Aug. 11, board members voted to approve the following monthly appropriations:

District #3 Highway Cash $154,779.80
