The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority met during the lunch hour last Tuesday for their monthly meeting. Members Stan Bixler, Bob Firth, Allan Poe, Ed Sutter and Todd Holder were joined by Woods County Economic Development Committee's executive director Neal Williams. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also present.
