Luke is our reading this week. Luke wrote both Luke and Acts. If we finish Luke and go right into Acts, it reads like a continuous story. The resurrection of Jesus, His appearance to about 500 people over the next 40 days, His ascension, and the establishment of His church all occur in less than 50 days. Luke is writing that we might know the truth.
