One weatherman I watched said it would be perfect weather for the parade, but another said a 20% of rain. Curses on him for such talk!
Congratulations to all the Miss Cinderella participants. Our homecoming football guests are the University of Arkansas at Monticello Weevils. I wonder why the bug people haven't pitched a fit about being insulted with the mascot name. It surely offends some thin-skinned people somewhere.
I was very happy to see Linda Tutwiler is the parade marshal this year. I knew she worked at the college, but never knew what she did. All I know is that she is a very nice lad...
