A stop of five ATVs traveling on the shoulder of a highway resulted in the arrest of one driver. Woods County court records show on Saturday, Sept. 15, about 12:15 p.m. Oklahoma State Park Ranger Adam Honeyman was on duty at Little Sahara State Park. Honeyman saw five four-wheelers traveling southbound along the shoulder of US-281. State law prohibits the operation of ATVs on the highway, shoulder or bar ditches. Honeyman turned his vehicle around and conducted a traffic stop on the four-wheelers.
