Marvin Woodall of the Alfalfa County commissioners could not make the weekly meeting Monday, but his first deputy Nate Ross subbed in. The other two commissioners, Jay Hague and Mike Roach, were there along with County Clerk Laneta Unruh and Admin Assistant Nancy Lambert.
