While Covid-19 numbers are decreasing, people we know are still dying from contracting the coronavirus. I fully support the rights of people who choose not to be vaccinated. Whether it’s for religious reasons, health reasons or plain stubbornness, it’s a choice no one else should make for you. But I’d appreciate it if you’d wear a mask.

Personally, I’m persuaded by science and statistics that it’s a good idea to be vaccinated. I called the Woods County Health Department last Tuesday. They were able to fit me in right away for my Moderna booster shot that afternoon.
