Three people from Mooreland, two of them juveniles, were injured in a wreck Thursday. The one-vehicle accident occurred at 6:23 a.m. on S. County Road 225, 1.4 miles south of E. County Road 45, approximately 11 miles east and 6.4 miles south of Mooreland in Woodward County.

Gerald Hartzell, 42, of Mooreland was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala northbound when he swerved to avoid a porcupine. The vehicle went off the right side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle went into a broad slide striking a guard rail end.
