A juvenile male, 17, of Ames, died of injuries received when his vehicle collided with a semi in Major County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) does not release names of juveniles involved in collisions.

The collision occurred Thursday, Dec. 16, at 12:03 p.m. at the intersection of SH-8 and County Road EW-530. The location is nine miles east and two miles south of Fairview.
