Inmate charged with destroying jail toilet

An inmate in the Woods County Jail has been charged with destroying a toilet in the facility. The toilet was in a cell shared by several inmates, and the man charged blamed the damage on a recently transferred inmate.

Court records show on Dec. 6 at 6:45 p.m. an inmate reported to Deputy David Cummings that inmates had damaged a toilet in the bullpen area of the Woods County Jail. The inmate said the porcelain toilet was damaged by repeated kicking. He said inmate Jordan Biccum did it in an attempt to escape.
