Waynoka woman charged with child endangerment

A Waynoka woman has been charged with a felony after someone reported she was “severely intoxicated” with two minor children in the vehicle.
According to court documents, on Dec. 18 at approximately 9:45 p.m. Waynoka Police Officer Shawn Halper was alerted that someone called Woods County Dispatch reporting a severely intoxicated female driving back to Waynoka with two minor children as passengers. She was reported to be driving a grey or tan Chevy Tahoe.
