The Woods County commissioners held an executive session Monday to discuss job duties and pay for Ethan Feidler. When they returned to regular open session, the commissioners approved a $40,000 for the emergency manager position with an additional $13,000 for additional duties including safety director, rural fire clerk, IT and E911 mapping. The one to three percent incremental raises that other county employees receive are waived for Feidler. Each January, the commissioners will review Fiedler’s duties and pay.
