The Alva Arena Authority met Tuesday with five members present. Chairman Gregg Glass, Darin Slater, Dr. Janet Cunningham, Darrel Kline and Todd Holder were present. Absent were Dr. Charles Tucker and Mike Hood. Sonja Williams was present in her role as secretary.

Holder gave the treasurer’s repot stating there was $90,173.22 in the bank account.

Most of the meeting was conducted in executive session for an update on financing the project.
