Karen Sue Brown passed away peacefully on January 5, 2022 and was reunited with her parents, K.R. and Agnes Trantham; older brother, Darrel Trantham; and sister Kathy Lacey. She was born on February 1, 1949, in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. She was an amazing mother, sister, aunt and friend to all.

Karen owned a convenience store and motel while living in Attica, Kansas, and was known to help anyone in need no matter what time of the night.
