Mayor Bill Watson called the Jan.10 regular monthly meeting of Kiowa's City Council to order with all but one member present including: Janet Robison, President Brian Hill, Jason Thayer and Tom Wells. B.J. Duvall was absent. City Administrator Sam Demel also sat at the council table along with City Attorney Brandon Ritcha and City Clerk Sheila Smith.
