A Celebration of Life service for Floyd, age 82, of Enid will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 23, 2022, at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Mark Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Floyd was born January 19, 1939, in Cherokee, Oklahoma, to Hollis and Opal (Stout) Stout, and passed away January 18, 2022, at St. Mary's Hospital.
