Some unique football players, part 1

As we wind down another football season, now is a good time to reflect upon and examine the careers of some of the past and present athletes who have not only excelled at the sport but made it more interesting for their fans.

One such former football player is Edgar Garbisch who distinguished himself by playing college football for eight years! Fortunately for him, he played in an era before the national athletic associations passed rules to limit a player’s eligibility to four football seasons.
