The Woods County EMS Board will hold a special meeting Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the courthouse. During the public meeting, the board will consider several actions relating to the board and EMS services in the county.

First will be the swearing in of the fifth member of the board, Linda Hutchison, who has been unable to attend earlier meetings while recovering from a wreck in Missouri.

Items for discussion and possible action include:

• EMS Consultant position and/or job description

• Adopting by-laws for the EMS Board
