Victoria (Vicki) Suzanne DeWitt Coulter was the first born of Henry Boyd DeWitt and Glenda Yvonne Dixon DeWitt on April 19, 1951, in Cherokee, Oklahoma, and passed from this life on January 24, 2022, at her home.

She lived near Helena most of her childhood and teenage years and was a Helena-Goltry High School graduate in 1969. She married Len Coulter on August 12, 1970, and to this union two children were born, Carrie and Jason.
