At Burlington's January Board of Education meeting last Wednesday, they called a public meeting for this Friday, Jan. 28, at 6 p.m. The meeting is in the gymnasium. The purpose is to discuss a potential bond issue to build a new gym, cafeteria and FFA greenhouse; and remodeling – moving some classrooms into existing structures, etc.
At their January meeting the board heard presentations from two architectural firms for facility construction and remodeling based on needs told to them by Superintendent Kevin Brown. The firms are Easley Associates from Enid and CWA from Norman.
