This Friday, Feb. 4, South Barber High School in Kiowa, Kansas, celebrates their 2022 Basketball Homecoming. The Chieftains and Lady Chieftains host the Stafford Trojans for the homecoming games.

Junior varsity games begin at 4 p.m. The Lady Chieftains game won't start until 6:30 p.m. unless the weather gets bad, Principal Brent Shaffer said.

The homecoming coronation is at halftime of the Chieftains game.

Three senior women were chosen as queen candidates. They are: Breckynn Behee, Grace Cantrell and Clare Pollock.
