An Alva man told police someone had been using his debit card to obtain cash, and he knew who did it.

According to court records on Feb. 7 at 10:55 a.m. Monty Long went to the Alva Police Department where he filed a debit card fraud report.

Long told Officer Patrick Hawley he had a wreck on Jan. 24 and was transported to the hospital. He did not return home until Jan. 29.
