By Kiowa's City Council was called to order by President Bill Watson with all members present including: Janet Robison, B.J.Duvall, Brian Hill, Jason Thayer and Tom Wells. City Administrator Sam Demel was also present along with City Attorney Brandon Ritcha and City Clerk Sheila Smith.

Demel said they had their progress meeting with BG Consultants and NOWAK on Kiowa's waterline replacement project that day.

The transmission line is 97 percent complete, Demel said. The waterlines in the city are 74 percent complete.
