Western Plains Youth & Family Services (WPYFS) has added Alfalfa, Major and Woods counties to its Housing and Utilities Assistance Program. WPYFS established the program to help people needing rental housing and/or utility payment assistance.
The Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) is designed to assist people who rent their homes and are behind or about to be behind on their rent. The ERA program can also assist renters who are behind on their utility bills.
Qualified renters can receive assistance for up to 15 months. WPYFS has staff members available to assist people with their application. T...
