Kimberly Weast is the chair of Fine Arts and Reichenberger Endowed Professor of Theatre at NWOSU. She is the Executive Director of the Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series and Director of Theatre at Northwestern.

Weast has managed, produced, or directed nearly 1,000 events including contests, beauty pageants, recitals, guest speakers, graduations, concerts, and musical and theatre productions. Her favorite event is NWOSU's Annual Children's Theatre Production where approximately 900 children per year have attended theatre productions over the last 18 or 19 years.
