The world condemning Putin's attacks on the Ukraine has about the same effect as telling a child not to do something he shouldn't. All sanctions do is hurt the people that can do nothing about the problems. Only when you spank the child's behind, will he quit his bad behavior. It’s the same with Putin. Air strike, at the very least on his forces near the Ukraine, or some other target that will cripple his country, and the message will be real. Care must be taken to not kill civilians, that way the people will still be behind our efforts.
