Last week, I participated in one of my favorite activities as a lawmaker – the Oklahoma Youth Expo (OYE) Legislative and Livestock Show held at the State Fair Arena in Oklahoma City.

I showed a goat for Randlyne Dunlap, a senior in FFA at Alva High School. This is Randlyne's final show to participate in, so it was a big moment. She performed extremely well this year in many of her shows. She was a great coach for me in showing her goat. Thank goodness Fred the goat liked nibbling on my shirt and jeans and was very patient with me.
