After 10 years of serving on the Burlington School Board, Aaron Smith took his seat at the table for the last time at the March meeting last Thursday.
Superintendent Kevin Brown and the board thanked Smith for his years of service with kind words and a special acknowledgment. Brown did not file to run again, however Lindsey Callison did. She will take her seat for the first time at the April meeting and attended this meeting as a guest.
