Last week I wrote about attempts to get my internet service restored. I hope you find such tales interesting and helpful. I like hearing other people’s experiences because I might learn something helpful if a similar situation befalls me.

My internet provider service tech decided the problem might be my outdated modem which is so old they no longer stock it. He said I didn’t even need to return it. I was skeptical because Tuesday morning my internet was working. If the modem was the problem, it shouldn’t be able to connect.
