Waynoka to vote April 5 on $1.7 million school bond for ag barn, bus barn

March 30, 2022

On April 5, Waynoka citizens will head to the polls to weigh in on a new school bond.

The $1.7 million bond, if passed, would allow the school to build a bus barn and ag barn, along with a lean-to on the south edge of the school farm. It will allow more space for students to “showcase their animals.”

“This bond is for a bus barn and ag barn to have our local show in,” said Superintendent Scott Cline. The bigger area will allow enough space to really put an animal through its paces for the judges.” The FFA will use it also, Cline said.
