Rangers win on walk-off single by Kelly

 


ALVA, Okla. – The Ranger baseball team returned to play Monday afternoon for a non-conference game, pulling off a 4-3 win over the Emporia State Hornets. Northwestern walked it off in the ninth inning on a Shaughn Kelly RBI single to left as Thomas Beiswanger scored the winning run.

The win improves the Rangers to 15-18 on the season snapping a three game losing streak. The loss drops Emporia State to 12-22 on the season.
