KPAK-FM, mainly serving Alva, Oklahoma, may soon have a new owner, according to news in the Radio and Television Business Report. The ownership change is pending approval by the Federal Communications Commission.

The Class C2 FM station straddles the border between Kansas and Oklahoma and is owned by Memphis-based George Flin Jr. The office for KPAK is located at 601 Main St. in Kiowa, Kansas. KPAK has a donation-based Christian rock format and also carries Kansas City Chiefs games.

The sale to Running Wolf Radio includes real estate comprising the studios, offices and station broadcast tower. The buyer is led by Thane Conriochet and is based in Edmond, Oklahoma.
