The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble and Community Band will present their second spring concert, "Music Speaks," on Friday, April 29, at 7 p.m. in Herod Hall Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

"Rehearsals have been going great," said Dr. Michael Black, director of bands and assistant professor of music. "I am really proud of the progress we've been making while preparing and performing some very emotional and impactful music."
