Three visitors attended the Woods County Board of Commissioners meeting Monday morning.

Mandi Schoenhals appeared on behalf of the Alva Public Library. As part of the summer reading program, the library wants to use the courthouse property for lawn games on July 6 and 13. The commissioners voted in favor of the request.
