According to court documents, two stepbrothers got into a fight. One ended up in the emergency room with a fractured jaw and the other was arrested.

On April 26 at 7:20 p.m. Woods County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle Fuller received a call from dispatch to go to an address on Cimarron Pass in Freedom for a domestic assault and battery. In his affidavit, Fuller states he was familiar with the address having responded to domestic disputes there in the past.
