Robert Bettencourt, 83, passed away on April 28, 2022, in Alva, Oklahoma. There will be no funeral services at this time. Robert was born in Newport, Rhode Island, on February 26, 1939. He was one of five children of the late John S. and Evelyn G. (Silveira) Bettencourt. No services are planned at this time.
