The governor recently signed three of my House bills into law.

House Bill 3821 extends the sunset on apportionment of gross production tax revenue to several state agency or commission revolving funds until July 1, 2027. The apportionments were set to end July 1 this year.

Extended funds are: the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Capital Expenditure Revolving Fund; Oklahoma Conservation Commission Infrastructure Revolving Fund; Community Water Infrastructure Development Revolving Fund; and the Oklahoma Water Resources Board Rural Economic Action Plan Water Projects Fund.
