In a special meeting Wednesday morning, the Woods County Commissioners considered bids for a light tower. Commissioners Randy McMurphy and John Smiley were present for the meeting. David Hamil was absent.

Woods County Emergency Management Director Ethan Feidler was present to discuss the bids. Feidler said only one bid was received although another potential bidder talked to him about it. Northwest Electric bid $30,499. Feidler said the bid looked good with no changes made to the specifications.
