The Woods County Economic Development Committee held a special meeting Friday afternoon to consider hiring a new director. Present for the meeting were Dr. Bo Hannaford, Cale Leeper, Jack Staats, Dr. Kay Decker, Susan Bradford, Jeremy Eaton and Randy McMurphy.

Committee members held a short executive session to discuss employing a new director. When they returned to open session, Eaton made a motion, seconded by Staats, to employ Jeremy Zeller as the new executive director of the WCEDC. The motion passed unanimously.
