Tuesday, May 24, 2022

During this day there were two traffic stops.

7:36 a.m. – Report of alarm going off at the Burlington School. Deputy advised it was a false alarm.

1:06 p.m. – Report of an unwanted person at the Jiffy Trip.

2:20 p.m. – A female stated her ex-husband is stalking her and wants to press charges. The male called in and wanted to make a complaint. Advised both parties that it was out of the jurisdiction.

Wednesday, May 25, 2022

12:01 p.m. – Medic needed in the 200 block of Murry for a male with a vascular compromise on his right leg. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

4:20 p.m. – Report of the neighbors playing music in the 900 block of Grand, so loud that it’s rattling his windows and it happens daily. Officer made negative contact.

5:34 p.m. – Medic needed in the 600 block of 4th Street. Female was having stomach pains. Medic took the patient to Kiowa Hospital in Kiowa Kansas.


8:22 p.m. – Report of a reckless driver at Grand and Main.

Thursday, May 26, 2022

1:41 p.m. – Report of a snake that had climbed into the frame of his truck at on County Road 560 and Custer.

3:01 p.m. – Report of a reckless driver on OK-8 and Grady.

4:44 p.m. – Caller advised his neighbors music was very loud in the 900 block of Grand. The caller advised they went to ask them to turn it down and they got into a verbal disagreement. Caller doesn’t want any problems, just wants the music turned down.

Friday, May 27, 2022

During this day there was one report of cattle out.

12:05 a.m. – Medic needed in Helena. No transport needed.

12:40 a.m. – Burglar alarm went off. Deputy advised all was okay.

8:17 a.m. – Report of a black Crown Vic blowing the intersection and headed east on OK-11.


9:32 a.m. – Medic needed for a person that fell on Hughes Road. Medic took patient to the hospital.

4:02 p.m. – Medic needed at the jail for a inmate fight. No transport needed.

8:13 p.m. – Report of advised of a truck that stopped in front of their house in the 200 block of 3rd Street. and took pictures of the two children playing in the yard. Advised the vehicle circled back. Driving by slowly, then sped off and ran the stop sign.

8:22 p.m. – Medic needed in the 300 block of Krasser for a child that hurt his foot.

During this day there was one traffic stop.

1:48 a.m. – Welfare check needed in the 300 block of 3rd Street.

5:40 p.m. – Report of a transformer blew at the Sandy beach park at the lake. Advised the transformer was smoking. Alfalfa Electric Cooperative was contacted.

9:53 p.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle driving around James Crabtree Correctional Center.

10:07 p.m. – Report of an unwanted male in the 200 block of 6th Street.

8:42 p.m. – Welfare check needed in the 1200 block of Oklahoma. Everything was okay.

Monday, May 30, 2022

9:38 a.m. – Welfare check needed in the 500 block of 2nd Street.
