Cantrell and Erikson both medal at Kansas State Track Meet

South Barber Class of 2022 graduates Grace Cantrell and Ruston Erikson both earned medals at the Kansas State 1A Track Meet held at Wichita State University.
Cantrell competed in three events and medaled in two. She broke her own recent school record in the 800-meter with a time of 2:25.76 that earned her 4th place. She also ran the 1600-meter with a time of 5:51.19 to take fifth place. Cantrell also competed in long jump but did not make finals. She is the daughter of Matt and Jenny Cantrell.
