AHS' Longhurst qualifies for global competition on computer skills
Cameron Longhurst, a student at Alva High School who is also enrolled in the Computer and Business Program at NWTC, has qualified for the Microsoft Office Systems Championship. Longhurst is one of only six Oklahoma students to qualify. The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship presented by Certiport Inc. is a global competition that tests students' skills on Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2016 or Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019). Top students are invited to represent their respective countries at the World Championship.
